I am an author and psychosynthesis therapist, working in private practice in London Bridge. My holistic and integrative approach works with people in a way that is most appropriate for them and is not simply trying to mend brokenness, but rather offers a broad perspective on life. I am also founder of a corporate wellbeing company, Retune, which advocates the prioritisation of the mental health of employees.
Works with: Grief & bereavement, anxiety, interpersonal & relationship issues
Training: My journey to counselling began in the field of grief and bereavement. After having worked for a number of years in palliative care and running bereavement groups I wrote We Need to Talk About Grief, which was published in November 2014. I then trained in Psychosynthesis counselling.
