I have done many things in my life – runs businesses; taught in schools; project managed property restorations; and worked on sustainable environmental issues.
I was born in England but grew up in Uganda, I’m married with two adult children.
I’ve worked in GP surgeries, a university counselling practise as well as private practise.
I’ve worked with a wide range of problems – disabling anxiety and panics; eating disorders; consequences of poor attachment; bereavement; suicidal feelings; depression; lack of self-confidence and poor self-esteem; abuse; addiction; self-harming; trauma and relationship problems.
