I graduated from the Psychosynthesis Trust in 1991. I went on to complete the Advanced Diploma at the Trust and registered as a UKCP Psychotherapist in 1995, followed by the MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy in 1999. I’ve also trained as a couples’ counsellor, completing the Diploma in Contextual Couples Counselling, taught by Re Vision and the Centre for Gender Psychology. I’ve also trained further in psycho-sexual somatic therapy.
My private practice is based in South East London where I’ve worked with individuals, couples and supervisees for 25 years. I’ve also worked as a counsellor in a busy NHS Hospital in East Sussex and managed a Student Counselling service in Central London for 12 years.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist I worked as a teacher and manager in several Inner London Comprehensive schools. Since re- training, I have 24 years experience of personal development training and group facilitation in various continuing education organisations. At the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, I’ve worked as tutor, supervisor and trainer on the Foundation and Post Graduate Diploma courses.
