I received my post-graduate diploma in psychosynthesis counselling skills in March 2016. For many years I worked as a languages teacher and in 2009 began working with at risk teenagers which I still do on a part time basis.
My clients include adolescents, adults and older people. I work in a variety of ways depending on their needs – these can include artwork, constellation, visualisation, sand trays or simply listening, allowing my clients to be fully seen, heard and accepted.
I practice from my home in East Sussex and in London Bridge.
Works with: Abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, identity problems, low self
esteem, loss, obssession/OCD, personal/spiritual development, relationship problems, self
